We look forward to welcome everyone back at the ccba hall! In the picture are Bill Waters, Tai Fong, and Kehong Ding after Friday’s ping-pong club activity.

You will be WOWED by the new LED lights in the gym. What was once dim and dull has been transformed into spectacular and stunning! The light project has been in the works for several years and Steve and Gary were key in getting the project completed at a much lower cost than first estimated and the LEDs are less expensive to operate. Thanks guys for doing a superb job! (Gary is especially happy he won’t have to stack tables or climb a ladder to reach the lights anymore.) As you can see here a full house of ping pong players enjoying play under new lights. With a brighter gym, we could see some areas needed a little attention so Zhenheng (right) and Kehong (left) kindly volunteered to paint the corner of the gym. Great job!

Special thanks to Kehong Ding and Xiuzhen Li for painting the corner of the walls where the paint has chipped off over time! We are getting the CCBA refreshed and ready to welcome everyone back!

The lot directly behind the main CCBA building, was gifted from Sally Woo in 2018. In 2020, the board had it cleared and fenced providing us with room to grow. Many thanks to Darren and Gary for working so diligently with research and working with the contractors to make this happen. Currently, we do not have any plans for the space, so the possibilities are wide open. Suggestions have been made to plant fruit and nut trees or make a garden area. We welcome any ideas you have.
